In addition, we have seen an influx of retirees moving into the Central Florida areas to enjoy the beautiful Florida lifestyle with its abundance of nature and leisure activities.
Hernando/Citrus areas also have their share of golf courses including new world class courses designed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus which help lay claim to why Florida is the Golf Capital of the world.
